Software disk is Like new with no visible marks. Includes a quick start guide and poster style catalog inside the box. The outer box is beat up a bit and crushed. Requires Platform: Windows 95 or Win 3.1. (Will NOT Work on a Mac). That said, I did install it on my Windows XP w/service pack 3. It DID install, but I kept getting error messages about it wanting Windows 95. So, It Will work on XP if you ignore those error messages (During install and startup).
